Returns & Exchanges Policy

If you would like to return an item, you must contact us first before sending anything back.

To start a return, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition. We reserve the right to deny returns.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Custom orders will not be refunded for the following reasons: You did not like the color, you did not like the quality, fit is incorrect, did not show up in the time period you wanted. We still reserve the right to deny a custom order return for other reasons as well.
